Happy Birthday Fiona!!!

Dear Fiona ($chix0r),

Todd and I wanted to do something special for your Birthday.

We could have sent a card...

We could have sent you a birthday present in the mail...

We could have sent you Colin Farrell naked in a box with strategically placed breathing holes...

But instead, Todd had a great idea:

"Let's make a video of our friends, family, and complete strangers wishing Fiona a Happy Birthday!"

So we did.

You wouldn't believe the reactions people have when they suddenly have a video camera stuck in their face and asked to wish someone they don't know a "Happy Birthday"!

hiya- i had a nice little thread going in 'music' forum asking for suggestions about what albums i should get from 'miles davis' fans.

i received a decent number of replies and i'm listening to 'dark magus' which 4 or 5 of them suggested. i just wanted to post and thank them with a few remarks but it looks like the thread was closed.

can you tell me why? it had some decent participation, did not appear to violate the guidelines and certainly sparked more interesting musical comments than most of the existing older threads.

if i should have posted this elsewhere then i apoligize! thanks in any case! oh yah the thread was "miles davis. what do i need?" iirc.

hi-
followed link you gave me and it worked; no lock since i was able to post. Before posting i browsed 'forums/entertainment/music' just to confirm that it wasn't listed (it wasn't). refreshed screen, triple and quadruple checked, even did a "find on page>miles" just in case i'm going blind - and it wasn't there!

welp anyway after i posted, it's showed up so maybe just a quirk in the database. sorry to bother you with what was apparently a glich but i thank you for taking time to check it out and linking me! :)

There isn't any pagination on our front forum pages, so the only threads that show on the first page are those which are most active. If your thread becomes less active it will fall off the bottom of the page, but if it becomes active again it will go to the top of the list.
